Problem Statement
As the pandamic broke and people was restricted to stay indoor to break the chain of spread, this led to the dificulty for the field team to explain their product and to do market visit.
Solution
we initited telecalls to the retail outlet by the field executive and conducted a webinars through a third party marketing app on the topic Optical showroms. The retailer interest where explained how the company’s products willl benefit them. We Kept the field team occupied by providing WFH option and did sizeable bookings for the product.
Results
The retailers were happy that we are engaginh them during lock down. The bookigs for the product increased leading to higher profitability.
